The Mountain View PTA is offering pre-packaged school supply kits to our parents. Why visit three different stores? Why wait in line? The kits once again will be exactly what your teachers have requested and will be individually packed for you. The prices are competitive with buying them yourself and the profit goes to the PTA. Help raise funds for the PTA while saving yourself some hassle.

We couldn’t be more proud that our very own Coach Brian Devore was named Cobb County Elementary PE Teacher of the Year!

Mountain View’s very own, Stacey Osborne Duffy, has been named the Elementary Science Teacher of the Year for the state of Georgia by the Georgia Science Teachers Association.  This is a well-deserved recognition of her teaching and her outstanding contributions as a science educator.  The GSTA recognizes outstanding achievement in elementary, middle, and high school science teaching by selecting a state winner for each school level.  Ms. Osborne Duffy will be honored at an awards banquet on February 23, in Macon.  Congratulations, Ms. Osborne Duffy!
